How a commercial project works

  1. Step 1

    Send photos or an inventory

List the rooms, floors and item types, plus loading dock or elevator details and your deadline.

  2. Step 2

    Walkthrough when needed

Larger or multi-load jobs usually get a site visit so crew size, truck count and days can be estimated.

  3. Step 3

    Written scope

You get a scope that lists what's included and excluded, so building managers and owners can sign off.

  4. Step 4

    Scheduled removal

Work can be phased by floor or zone and timed around business hours or building rules.

Freestanding furniture, cubicles, fixtures and packaging are standard. Anchored racking, machinery, hazardous materials and gas or electrical disconnects need separate evaluation or a licensed trade first.

Building logistics we'll ask about

  • Freight elevator booking
  • Loading zone or dock window
  • Certificate of insurance (if required)
  • Building check-in contact
  • Off-hours access, if needed
  • Parking for the truck
