Garage & Attic Cleanouts

Garages and attics hold the things nobody wants to carry. We bring them down, out and away — including from detached garages behind older homes and attics reached by narrow pull-down stairs.

Single-item pickup from $99 · Price confirmed before loading

Two-car garage filled with boxes, shelving, bikes and old furniture

What's included

  • Boxes and stored household goods
  • Old furniture and holiday storage
  • Shelving units (freestanding)
  • Exercise equipment
  • Lawn equipment (drained of fuel)
  • Workbench contents and scrap

Attic work in Texas heat

North Texas attics can become extremely hot in the warmer months. For larger attic jobs we may suggest morning starts, and we plan breaks into the schedule. Attic access matters too — a narrow pull-down ladder takes longer than a walk-up attic, and we price accordingly.

Detached garages and alley access

Some older Fort Worth properties have detached garages at the back of the lot, sometimes on an alley. If alley access is available we may be able to load from there. Tell us where the garage sits and how the truck can approach.

Scope note

Attic and garage cleanouts cover removal of contents. Pest or animal-waste cleanup, insulation removal and hazardous materials (paint, fuels, chemicals) are not included unless specifically scoped.

Garage & Attic Cleanouts: questions we hear

Can you take heavy items like gun safes or exercise machines?+

In many cases, but heavy and awkward items need to be disclosed in advance so we bring enough crew and equipment.

Will you take old paint and chemicals?+

Generally no. Paint, solvents, fuels and pesticides need to go to an appropriate household hazardous waste program.
