Estate Cleanouts in Fort Worth

When a home needs to be cleared after a loss, a move to assisted living or a long family transition, we handle the heavy part — room by room, load by load — on a schedule that works for the people making decisions.

Single-item pickup from $99 · Price confirmed before loading

Living room with furniture under moving blankets and boxes stacked by the doorway

What's included

  • Household furniture and contents
  • Garages and detached workshops
  • Attic and closet storage
  • Outdoor furniture and patio items
  • Leftover items after an estate sale
  • Multiple truckloads in one visit or phased over several

Who may be involved

Estate work can involve more than one decision-maker. Executors, adult children living out of state, estate-sale companies and listing agents may all have a stake in the timeline. We can take photos or a walkthrough from whoever is on site and keep the scope in writing so everyone sees the same plan.

  • Executors and family members
  • Estate-sale professionals clearing what did not sell
  • Realtors preparing a listing
  • Trustees and attorneys coordinating a property

How an estate cleanout is planned

Before anything is loaded we confirm what stays. Family keepsakes, documents and items going to relatives can be set aside or marked, and our crew works around them. Larger homes that include multiple furnished rooms, a full garage or attic contents can require more than one load. Photos or a walkthrough help determine that before the project begins.

Donation and disposal

Usable furniture and household goods can be routed to donation when condition and local acceptance allow. Everything else goes to appropriate disposal. Donation is never guaranteed — it depends on what the receiving organization will take that day.

Estate Cleanouts: questions we hear

Can you work while the estate sale company is still finishing?+

Yes. We can schedule after the sale closes or clear specific rooms first. Tell us which items are sold and awaiting pickup so they are not loaded.

Do you need someone from the family on site?+

Not always. Some estate jobs can be coordinated by phone and photos, with a realtor or neighbor providing access. We confirm scope and price before loading either way.

How many truckloads is a typical house?+

It varies widely. A downsized single-story home may be one load; a long-occupied two-story with a full garage and attic can be several. Photos of every room give the most accurate estimate.

Next step

Clear the property on a plan everyone can agree on.

Same-day and next-day service depend on crew schedule, job size and access. Availability is confirmed when you book.
