Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Cleanouts

When a restaurant, shop or hospitality space closes, relocates or remodels, we clear dining rooms, sales floors and backrooms — with timing planned around business hours.

Project pricing based on volume, weight, labor and access.

What's included

  • Dining tables, chairs and booths (freestanding)
  • Bar stools and patio furniture
  • Retail displays and loose fixtures
  • Shelving and racks (freestanding)
  • Backroom and storage contents
  • Packaging and remodel debris

Working around business hours

In busy districts like the Stockyards, Sundance Square and West 7th, daytime loading can be tight. For some businesses, early-morning or after-close scheduling may reduce conflicts. We plan truck positioning around street and alley access.

Store closings and remodels

Whether a concept is closing, relocating or refreshing its interior, we can clear everything from the front of house to the stockroom and haul debris left after contractors finish.

Scope note

We do not remove grease, food waste or hazardous materials, and we do not disconnect commercial kitchen equipment, gas or plumbing. Equipment must be disconnected by qualified trades before removal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
