Which price applies to my pickup?
Use the load examples as a starting point, not a guaranteed quote. One qualifying sofa or mattress set may fall under the $99 single-item starting price. Several pieces of furniture, loose boxes or items spread across multiple rooms should be assessed together.
A small pile of heavy renovation material is not priced like a light pile of boxes simply because it occupies the same space. Send photos of the material and explain where it is located. Heavy, specialty or regulated-disposal items may be priced separately.
For an estate, office or warehouse, list every room or area being cleared and identify items that must stay. This helps define the work before comparing estimates.

Before you compare quotes
Is a starting price the final price?+
No. Starting prices describe qualifying load sizes. Volume, weight, material type, labor, stairs, loading access and disposal requirements can affect the quote. Scope and final price are confirmed before work begins.
What should I send for a photo estimate?+
Include wide views of the whole pile or each room, close views of heavy or unusual items, and notes about stairs, elevators, disassembly and truck parking. Say which items stay and whether you have a deadline. A photo estimate may still need onsite confirmation.
How can I compare two cleanout estimates fairly?+
Compare the same inventory and access conditions. Check whether each estimate covers labor, loading, hauling, standard disposal, disassembly and multiple loads. Ask which materials are excluded or require separate pricing before choosing.
