Terms of service

Services are provided by XB Junk Solutions LLC.

Estimates and pricing

Published prices are starting prices. Estimates from photos or descriptions are ranges; the final price is confirmed on site before loading, based on actual volume, weight, labor and access.

Scheduling

Same-day and next-day service depend on crew schedule, job size and access. Availability is confirmed when you book.

Excluded materials

We do not accept hazardous materials, chemicals, fuels, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, or other regulated materials. Customers are responsible for disclosing such items.

Customer responsibilities

Customers confirm they have authority to dispose of the items removed and to grant access to the property. Fixtures, cabinets and equipment must be disconnected beforehand unless removal is explicitly included in the quote.

Donation

Donation of usable items is attempted when practical but not guaranteed.
